A 40x40 Frame Tent will cover 160 guests seated at tables for dining. If a food service area (buffet) is needed under the same frame tent, the tent size will need to be increased to 40x50 or 40x60 depending on how the food service is designed. Dance Floors, Bands, Beverage Stations, and anything that is required to be under the tent will have to be factored into the tent size to allow adequate space.
