40 Foot Wide Pole Tents:
The fortyty foot wide rental pole tent is the size used for the medium to large weddings, events and parties. For example, a 40x40 High Peak Pole Tent will cover 160 guests seated at tables for dining. If a food service area (buffet) is needed under the same pole tent, the tent size will need to be bumped up to 40x60.
60 Foot Wide Pole Tents:
Once your event attendance gets up over 300 people, you should be looking at a 60 wide high peak pole tent. For example, a 60x60 High Peak Pole Tent will cover 360 guests seated for dinner. Add a dance floor and buffet under the same pole tent, and you would be looking at something like a 60x80 High Peak Pole Tent.
80 Foot Wide Pole Tents (and larger):
Eighty wide Pole Tents and larger are also available for extra large events.
